酒店老闆非常好人，對我們介紹一下酒店的設施，有廚房，洗衣房等。廚房雪櫃有前旅遊者留下的物資可提供其他住客用，洗衣房偏小，衣服掛在外邊。豪華房間都偏小，緊放到2個行李箱，何況是其他細房間，我真不敢想像。房價算便宜，近威靈頓山，對於一些資金緊拙的旅客，可以有一個選擇，其他地方的住宿比較貴，所以，縱觀房價及其他因素，整體感覺一般。

老闆人很好，有問題會耐心解答，旅館的陽台看出去風景很棒，距離霍巴特市區開車也不遠，旅館有一個公共小廚房，可以自己買了食材後煮食（晚上7點會鎖門）附近也有餐館。

The worst check in experience of my life. I have never been shouted at or called stupid before or told the police would be called on me just because I knocked on the door once - it was within hours.  Room disgusting- mouldy window, paint falling off walls and ceiling. Only an old oil heater. Disgrace. Nothing like the internet pictures.

We got really good recommendation regarding the sunset from the reception. It was definitely worth it visiting Mount Wellington.

We stayed at this motel for two nights, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. After checking in, we realized that clean blankets were missing for two people. When we contacted the motel at around 9 p.m. to request blankets, the response we received was shockingly unprofessional. The staff member sarcastically asked, "Do you think you're at home now? Do you want me to go to Kmart to get blankets for you?" After about 10 minutes, he reluctantly went to the laundry and brought us two bedsheets and two blankets. While we eventually got what we needed, the rude and dismissive attitude was unacceptable. Basic hospitality and customer service should include ensuring that all guests have proper bedding without making them feel like an inconvenience. Would not recommend this place unless they improve their service and professionalism.
